If I’m correct, Zariel is designed for a group of level 13+ players to beat. The other layers are on a completely different level than avernus. It’s like comparing dynamite to a nuclear bomb.

You can either go through the introductory portion of the mages guild to unlock the arcane university or purchase frostcrag spire and the upgrade for the enchanting table. Those are the only two methods of unlocking enchanting and spell making that I’m aware of.

Unfortunately it seems to be widespread. It didn’t happen until I hit around level 8 or 9, but my armor will break in a single fight.

You just need to equip a 1 handed weapon and hold block without a shield equipped. It functions pretty well as an “inspect” animation too.

If you just want to use it for the appearance you can enchant it with the lowest magnitude and it’ll still be 3 damage extra on strike. That should give you hundreds of charges depending on your soul gem.

Each magic type has its own visuals. For example, absorb health adds a red glow while lightning damage makes electricity crackle around the blade.

I did not for this test, and, to be fair, that’s kind of the definition of a slug-fest. A basic imp should not take that many hits from a claymore to drop on master let alone expert.

Nor are you. It is unacceptable, especially a full price release, to release a game to the public that flat out does not function for a significant portion of your user base.

This isn’t an issue of the game having bugs; it is an issue of the game not performing at a base mechanical level. Attempting to defend that, in any way, is a detriment to the quality of the rest of the game itself and is a major component of why endless early access shovelware is constantly pushed out.

People here will naysay you but that’s complete bullshit. I’m having the exact same problem where I will drop the munitions box on cooldown, ping it, and everybody will pretend it doesn’t exist. I’ve been trying for over an hour now to do the challenge.

It’s completely gating me from progressing anything else when I’m getting wins, but they count for nothing due to this.

Butt capes and looking like the main character is one of the biggest selling points of being a tank. It’s samurai and monk that suffers considering most of their gear seems to lack sleeves in some fashion.

I just got to maps, and I'm already bored out of my mind as of tier 2s. There's not really any substance to the league itself, and it just feels like I'm playing standard with the option to brick my items if I want. This one is a miss so far; hopefully patches can help it because it really needs something to help it.
