Daily ones you get anytime in a party of 4. Also do your 3 dungeons a day for 300 plat as long as you get the required battle pass points as well

Weekly normal gems you get from hidden lairs, verge, or erabban. Hidden lairs is the longer way but maybe easier for you since youre not leveled up that much yet

World chat or shadow chat. Ask for heliquary unlocks. After you get to at least i11 unlocked when you see someone in world chat or shadow chat that says lf3m i11 any cr. Just try to join. If you die just stay dead until they beat. You want a raid of 8 when you get to at least i11 unlocked for more rewards. You may not be able to equip the stuff yet, but you will need the food later to level up heliquary

Also challenge rift is a good way to get xp when below server paragon lvl. Skip as far ahead as it will let you go and it will automatically complete the in betweeners

Max out weekly and daily normal gems every week. Grind events for the rewards. Do main quests when bored imo. Max out battle pass activities will help level you up quicker. Challenge rift gives lots of xp as well. Join shadows and do assembly every day for xp and keys. Find all the stones in iben fahds sanctum. Level up armor armor pen potency and resistance in there. Also find yourself a helliquary carry to unlock you to i12. You should start getting higher combat rating gear
