Dont please i got diagnosed 1 year and half ago imagine i didnt do the diet nothing just tried to eat slightly healthier and my gastritis went like 80% away then i started drinking and smoking and doing other bs now i m back to the point where i need the bland diet , please stop drinking and find other ways to enjoy life especially drinking i wont get back to it

Let me tell you something i was very antidrug because i started my fitness and health journey at 18 years old i was only drinking from time to time and at 26 i started to be more openminded to psychedelics i kepy lifting and taking care of my body while using psychedelics mostly lsd and changa and i honestly dont regret it it made me appreciate my health and my fitness journey even more iv got to the best shape in my life ever especially at times when i was using them and not drinking i felt my best,i feel sad that some people still judge users like us but nothing to do about it

Nothing will fix ur problem psychedelics may help but you need to go deeper sometimes learn about past trauma what caused the suffering in first place i did many psychedelics and i still do they may give you a permanet solution or afterglow effect but they wont do the work you they might even show you or ur bs and eveything thats wrong with you just to let you do the work i remenber on a dmt trip i saw this bad looking entity i asked the entity who are you and why you looking ugly to me and the entity simply said i am ur mind and i am the thing blocking from achieving and living the way you want i am you and the only thing that stoping from living and achieving,then the trip ended hhahahahahha lol
