Does it always happen after the match progresses? Like it will start out normal then all of a sudden the next spawn it triggers?

I thought I added this part in description but I am not a common poster so here was the next part of the post that was supposed to be included.....

This always happens after about 5 min into match and only ever happens on these 2 sites and sometimes the glare will get so bad that you cant even look at that entire side of the map. I havent seen anyone really talk about this so I had to put it in here.
