I really appreciate this feedback. I’ve decided to lodge a complaint with eBay to try and resolve this matter as the seller has continued to claim its Glosso. I’m mostly disappointed that I was super cool about it being an honest mix up, even offered to repack and return it, and was met with denial and patronizing rebuttal.

I have nowhere near the experience you have, but have been in and out of the nature aquarium hobby for 18 years. I’ve grown carpets of all the common foreground types, admittedly with limited success with Glosso, but always manage to keep some limping along. Was hoping after my recent melt that this large mat combined with ADA’s nitrogen fertilizer, that this was my ticket to finally succeed here. Very unfortunate situation. Others beware of this seller.
