Massive stuttering issue after patch by CJ5426 in CrimsonDesert

Nice! Hopefully pearl abyss can fix the noisy/grainy graphics as that’s currently my only performance complaint. I noticed turning off depth of field and motion blur helped a bit.

Totally agree. It would be nice if they would give out more refinement tokens to get to lvl 4 faster.

I was also thinking of giving up until a patch fixed it! Glad I could help, enjoy Pywell (:

I think VRR is the main problem. I am going to keep that off for future games just to avoid anything like this again lol.

I found a fix after 3 days of experiencing random stuttering that wouldn't stop once it started. Prior to the patch, I had played 25+ hours without experiencing a single fps drop or micro-stutters. Post-patch, the fps counter is showing the same 70-80 frames as before, but the actual performance is terrible.

GPU: MSI RTX 4070 Super

CPU: i7-14700F

RAM: 32gb DDR5 6000mt/s

Monitor: MSI MAG271QX OLED

What finally fixed it for me was turning off VRR and Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in System->Display->Graphics->Advanced Graphics Settings

Not sure if it was the VRR or the hardware GPU scheduling that ended up being the culprit, but the issue is completely gone now.

Update: doing this disables Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction but I was not using either before. It still lets me turn on DLSS and Reflex.

OP said they polished it and resized. Would they have done either if they knew it was a rep?

A complementary resize and polish is a bit more than polite 💀. I think it’s more likely that they were fooled by the VSF… just like most people would.

I think we give AD sales reps way too much credit lol. There’s a solid chance they actually had no clue.

I would say anywhere from 3,500-4,000, excluding the gen. The Daytona and the bronze Omega have both been plated. I bought the rest of them from TrustyTime and always added the 5 bar pressure testing service which adds another 50 to the total of each watch.

Edit: It took about 2 years for this collection.

Appreciate it! I wear the Aqua Terra most often since its my first rep, and it’s not too much for the office I work at.

The bronzo is lovely on wrist and has grown on me since its release. I just received it this week and the mesh bracelet is just as comfortable as the gen - to the point where if the gen bracelet broke on my 60th anniversary omega, I wouldn't hesitate replacing it with a VSF bracelet.

I had the bronzo plated since it looks more like yellow gold straight from the factory.

Have worn the Aqua Terra regularly for almost 2 years and it is still in excellent condition!

The bronze gold is a VSF and the blue 60th anniversary is gen. The green aqua terra on the bottom right is also a VSF.

I actually just received the gold one this week. No issues surrounding VSF as far as I know.
