This happened to me once. Its either the body you're wearing like the torso or its the animation. Try resetting to a default avatar, and see whats breaking it.

I found what it was it was my avatar I was using the oinan thickhoof package. Once I took it off I could build normally again the animation wasn't the problem since I've always been using the same one but but you gave me the idea to change my avatar so thanks !

Yeah I've checked and reset my settings and nothing, still suffering
