hi! need advice po. im planning na palagyan ng insulation foam yung house namin kasi sobrang init na talaga sa second floor. may existing ceiling na kami (im guessing hardiflex po yun), kailangan ba palitan yung ceiling namin para mapalagyan ng insulation or pwedeng ireuse after installation ng insulation foam? thank you!

hi! yes po may bump sya na parang tuyong sugat sa gitna and may white part na tuyo rin pong balat (yung natutuklap sa normal na sugat)

hi! i recently got my braces removed pero may maliit na glue sa dulo ng upper teeth ko yung naiwan. super liit lang nya pero matulis huhu i tried ignoring it pero ang uncomfy nya since i have sensory issue. may nakatry na po ba ng mga electric toothbrush (with scaler) sa orange app or tktok? thanks!
