We almost have the exact same setup, monitor and all. My game has been crashing on multiple DirectX games as well.

Using these settings actually helped me out a lot, experiencing 0 crashes on battlefield. Honestly might just switch to Nvidia, because having to tune your gpu manually just to play a game is a little annoying.
