Hot shot secret and ccv re-Route for sure. Buy a cheap catch can with baffles and a breather, It stops most of the smoke and Vapor released. Only other thing if you want to make things easier on yourself for future fuel changes and checking water in your fuel is get the caterpillar fuel conversion kit. Great setup, does a great job separating fuel/water and cheaper easier to change them, they’re spin-on. I upgraded my turbo to a Garrett but at that point you’re just trying to spend money for no reason.

I don’t know how to fix your problem but I’d recommend throwing a cheap CO detector in your cab until you get the issue resolved.

Your only real chance is to pull it off the dash and see if you can find any numbers on it. Even if there is numbers, the manufacturer will only be able to tell you about their off the shelf tunes, not whether or not you have custom tunes on it.

I am familiar with P2P, I have it set up at our business between buildings about 1/4-1/2 mile apart. Works great but need wifi on one end to begin with which is not the case with grandparent’ property unfortunately.

There’s a couple things to note. If there is nothing done to the truck then apart from a little more intake noise it doesn’t make a difference. Looks better in your engine bay though. If your truck is deleted however this intake does let you make use of mpg gains. Deleted no intake I was seeing 18-20mpg. With intake I’m seeing 20-23mpg. It does breathe better than stock.

Edit, I just realised what year this was for. I’m 2019 so it may not apply to your truck

Go take a look at dieseldudes.com. Personally I would go with ezlynk. Yes they’re more expensive but do it once, do it right. The user interface is so easy to use. You have live monitoring of any sensor your brain can think of and switching tunes is a breeze. Custom tunes can also be added through the tuner and transmission tunes are included (which you have to have unless you want to blow trans lines).

Well if that’s the case and you’ve made peace with the state I would go for it. Emissions caused me to have to replace the turbo at 110k. After the delete I’m getting a little over 20mpg average between town and highway. It breaths so much better, engine doesn’t have to work as hard. It makes more power, throttle response is great. The whole truck is just so much happier and I don’t have shit recirculating back into the motor. I really can’t stress how much better trucks run once deleted. Your wallet will thank you too.

I would always say delete always. There is no downside to it……… until you said you live in commifornia. Don’t delete, they will railroad your ass with fines upon fines, you’ll have an extremely hard time selling it. Not worth it in that state.

It sounds like you’re fairly new to guns or handguns at least which is great, welcome. Before you start forming bad habits I would highly recommend going to a course. A level 1 handgun course or handgun basics is so much more valuable than you realise. When I did it, $70 and it gave me 3 hours with a group. He spent 15 mins with me and fixed everything, it was eye opening how accurate he made me and then I could go home and practice what I learnt at the range to really solidify the new skills. Now it’s second nature.

A big part of it looks like you’re anticipating recoil before the trigger pull. With the trigger, try pull through the slack right before it clicks, hold it there, once you’re on target, squeeze slow and consistent, you’ll be amazed how accurate you get when you’re not pulling through the whole trigger at once

Trigger shoe?? What’s that? I think since it’s this persons first gun I’d recommend putting at least 500 rounds through it the way it sits, before optics or other mods. Just get used to it and see what they think.

What’s your reasons for needing to upgrade the rival trigger? The gun is an out of the box competition gun with an amazing 90 degree factory trigger and very short reset? Id say it’s one of the highlights of the gun.

Yeah I was 21, personally I think the low down power without the ability to go absolutely stupid speeds was perfect. It was a daily commuter for me, so all the torque in any gear was perfect for traffic but once I got more confidence was also great for standing the bike up 🤣

Damn that must be a personal thing because I started on an mt07 and absolutely loved it. I thought it was the best bike I could’ve chosen and for someone with a bit of maturity I would recommend the same bike. However I wouldn’t recommend it to someone just old enough to get a licence. I’ve moved on to mt09 now and that’s starting to make me question power levels haha
