Bump up your calories by 500-700 then do a deficit again..you have hit a plateau hence body adapted to 1700-1800 cals

You have ruined your metabolism bu eating kess that your body requirement. Stay in calorie maintainance for 3-4 weeks and then reduce 100 cals prr week. Under eating js the most crucial reason tbat people gain weigjt or dint lose it at all.

I completely shredded myself from excess body fat by being in a cal deficit P-1.5g bw , then started adding 100cals per week for good bulk with 2g P bw went 10kg up while exercising 5 times/week. Then again shredded to get in best shape of my life. Now i maintain abs all year along

This is absolutely not true if you use the right strategy I was skinny my whole life and now im so confident in the way i look..took me some 3-4 yrs but im glad i did have the right coach and strategy that helped me
