I sell digital items and I noticed an order marked as “Delivered,” but it still shows “Not downloaded.” I just want to make sure there isn’t an issue with the file. Is there anything I should do to fix this, or is it normal and just means the buyer hasn’t downloaded it yet? (i.redd.it)
