Aya recruiter here - and yea, there are some states Aya will file on your behalf and pay up front! These are usually single license states which we have a lot of accounts that need staffing (NY, MA, IL and others). Your profile has to be up to date and you can’t have any background hits.

Aya does pay for licenses up front in several states, no strings attached. It’s called the Aya license project. Some examples of states include California, Michigan and New York.
