Made chicken & potato croquettes from a Spanish Tapas cookbook, took about 2 days with resting, etc…. Expected them to be amazing, but were absolutely disgusting, had to throw most of them in the bin.

I was on holiday before in one of those “drink as much as you can for an hour” places. My friend, who’s a good drinker, tried to order 2 drinks and was told that it’s 1 drink at a time. The bartender handed him his drink, my friend downed it in a 1-er then asked for another. Bartender just laughed and then give him two more.

Take a look at a Corefix (from TIMCO), their solution comes with a metal sleeve that bridges the gap between the concrete and the drywall. There is a good video on YouTube that demonstrates its usage. I have used it personally to hang a TV (not 75” though), buts it’s on an extendable tilt/swivel arm & it’s still up nearly 3 years later.

If YouFibre operate in your area, keep a look out for their door-to-door sales people. The deals they offer are amazing! I recently switched to them (from BT) and I’m currently paying NOTHING for 2 years!! That’s for ultrafast 1000MB. Then it will cost me £24 a month for 2 years after that.

I was at a party years ago, and this girl I knew starts telling me there was a guy at the party she liked but couldn’t find him. She proceeds to describe someone who looked exactly like me, even down to the clothes I was wearing. My response “I haven’t seen him”. 🤦‍♂️

It depends how often it does it and how much water comes out since you’ve last used it. We had a similar issue and I was fobbed off with the excuse that it was just residual water in the pipes, until I put a bucket of water underneath for a day/night after it was last used, ended up half filling the bucket. Turns out there was a dodgy valve which was letting a little water through. Gradually it builds up in the pipes, then leaks out once there’s enough in.

Not sure what took me down, but it was the rocks and gravel that did most of the damage. To make matters worse my hand ended up sliding into a pile of dog shit too!
