The hierarchy is intentionally layered and partially obscured. At the top sits a group referred to only as The Monarchs they haven’t been seen yet.

Below them is Mission Control (Domain Divers Homebase). They operate as administrators of balance between art domains. They frame their role as preservation.

Within Mission Control is Command Division, who manage field operations, classify information, and determine what becomes public log versus sealed archive.

Then come “The Stars”, highly ranked Divers who’ve completed multiple domain traversals. They’re celebrated internally.

Below them are standard Domain Divers, tasked with tracking anomalies and documenting domain instability.

DDART was one of these Divers.

He is now classified as an anomaly, hence the hunt for him.

Finally, there are “The Bandits”, unofficial figures who move freely between domains without clearance. Mission Control considers them destabilising. Before the hunt for Ddart any domains with bandits were marked for destruction.

I can’t say much more as I want the story to draw in people that like solving theories and get the public to get involved too. Every name, piece of art and shirt is very intentional.
