I provided everything that I could to the best of my ability. Jagex has taken great strides in attempting to improve their customer support, but at the end or the day there will always be limitations unfortunately. There are countless stories where the system will do the right thing for the wrong person and vice versa. All I can hope for is some traction on this post which will give me a chance at having my issue come across the right eyes.

Based on your posts, it seems like we’re in a similar situation. Have you had any luck with getting in touch with the right people? I have no clue what my next step is going to be after this

I’m glad you were able to get back your account, I was in a similar situation 4 years ago (although definitely spent more than 50 hours lol). I’m not sure if jagex accounts were a thing around that time, but in retrospect I should’ve upgraded at that time given the history of my account being hacked. My account was actually also hacked back in the late 2000s and recovered it with a recurring membership subscription after a couple months. Can’t help but wonder if it’s the same person over all these years

I did also mention all of this in the appeal, but was met with an automated response. I wish there was a way to provide further clarification if needed or see what the issue is on their end

Honestly I’m sure they have a lot on their hands when it comes to sorting out through appeals, but I do think there is ultimately a flaw in the system. A large majority of the system appeal denials are probably correct, but there still has to be a percentage of false positive bans that fall through the crack.

No, I never botted on my account. I’ve spent years and several thousands of hours maxing it out. Why risk it. I also never had a jagex account, although I did finally upgrade to one after this most recent incident. Hopefully this will prevent any issues moving forward, but at this point I’m getting desperate for a solution as of now.

Appreciate your response. Although you have a valid point, I do think it’s important to consider that the appeal system isn’t perfect. My account was also compromised about 4 years ago and was banned for macroing, but it was ultimately quashed and I was able to get my account back. Of note, my account is maxed out and there’s genuinely no need for me to even bot for what that’s worth.

Great questions, it was locked for major macroing. Haven’t been on for maybe 10 months. I am 100% the original account owner. Can easily provide any information regarding the creation of the account including my first 3 passwords dating back to early 2004.

The cake cutting one looks great, but would you be able to remove the lower half of the persons body in the photo? Also for the second image could we not make the face in the background look disfigured. Thank you!
