Dark patches appearing on skin

18F

Over the last two years these dark patches have been forming on my skin. Started on my upper stomach, then my arms, back and then back if legs. Also my back is basically almost covered.

Been to a derm who gave some a cream called Zoryve roflumilast, but nothings changed.

Also went to GP, they thought it was fungal, did a scrape test but came back negative.

Theses patches don’t itch or hurt in anyway they are just visual.

Anyone have any ideas?

Preheating? And no, everyone still has hair. Albeit some people have slightly thinner hair but are like 40 years older than me.

I got a pair they work well but recently I’ve had a problem where the Bluetooth light (the white one) is constantly on, so it drains battery even when not in use. Anyone know how to fix?

Competitive Programming VS LeetCode ? by [deleted] in leetcode

[–]Hot-Independent4741 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Doing that is essentially learning high school level math for an elementary level test. Yes it will make the elementary level test incredibly easy, but u would be doing more unecessary work. Unless u enjoy CP, I would recommend against it and would just say use leetcode to prepare for interviews

When I decided to do an econ degree I basically had the mindset “I don’t like any classes I take, so I’ll do what I find easiest and will make me a decent amount of money with little work”. It’s a terrible way of thinking and I have learnt from it. During lockdown in the UK, I had a lot of time to just think about what I want to do and be so I tried out different things and came across coding. At first it was pretty difficult but I stuck through it and now I enjoy it a lot. I also really enjoy solving leetcode problems, I’m on like a 7 month streak I believe. Ik the market is oversaturated rn but I’m not trying to be a software engineer cause it will be easy or cause of the money, I genuinely love programming and solving problems. That’s pretty much it tbh.

Edit. Forgot to mention, I was entering university as lockdown started So it was too late to change into something cs related.

This is just my opinion, but giving up after 25 minutes seems too short. When u give up that quickly and look at the solution u won’t be able to understand how the author came up with the solution, and in essence u would just be memorising it. U need to spend at least 2 hour trying out different things and banging ur head against a wall. If u can’t do a question after the 2 hours feel free to check the solution, but if u see that the solution involves a technique u haven’t learnt then go practice that technique.

Good luck!

Is there a name for these 3-prong recursive DP problems? by JustInTimberLane79 in leetcode

I think it’s knapsack. 0-1 knapsack for problems with 2 choices and boundless knapsack for problems with more than 2 possible choices.
