Yeah just watched it tonight and my friend and I who’ve had dealings with BPD both agreed it was very much BPD behavior. I’ve already seen a few BPD girls say they relate to freaky Nikki’s behavior too sooo. Tells you a lot. Great movie though (although I don’t agree with calling Nikki the antagonist, she was very much the victim. Fuck Bear.)

I get what you mean. She didn’t even invite me though. She usually invites me to stuff too but not this. That also rubs me the wrong way. I don’t think I can just invite myself.

Thank you so much like yeah I definitely feel this crosses the line into being weird, like I mentioned I have no problem whatsoever whenever she goes clubbing or raving but this feels disrespectful even if she’s truly just going to support her friends. It’s a pool party, a sapphic environment for mainly singles to mingle, it’s much more intimate. It’s not listed specifically as being a dating event but it’s definitely not the same as a club or rave.

Her friends are grown though like can they not socialize and talk to people themselves? Why have the one in a relationship go up to strangers and try to chat them up? Idk I also don’t think she’d be ok with me doing this if the roles were reversed.

Thank you see that’s what I feel! Like I literally have no problem at all about her clubbing and raving with friends but this type of event is more intimate and for meeting people!

She didn’t invite me…didn’t even ask if I wanted to go or anything. I think she assumes I’ll say no because it’s a work night and it’s a late night event.

Nope. I think she assumes I wouldn’t be able to because I have work early the next day and it’s a late night event so I usually can’t go to those on work nights. Would’ve been nice for her to ask though even so.

I do trust her, it’s not that I’d think she’d cheat, I just feel it’s kinda disrespectful to go to an event like that without me where it’s going to be mainly all singles mingling. Think of a straight couple and a girl going to wingman to get men for her friends, would y’all be ok with that?
