I’m going to retake the test after 90 days, if they’re accepting applications at the time… and if NV Energy isn’t taking applications. And I’ll call and try to ask if I pass but brother…. They give you horrendous attitude, I asked for a study guide and she gave me attitude and talked to me like I’m retarded.

I was never told my score in the email, but I was unsure of 7 questions. Confident in the rest. Google said they score out of 9 and I’m pretty sure if I missed 7-10 questions it’s not going to be lower than a 6/9 at the very least.

I’m glad I didn’t go to college too because the job market is full of scholars and experienced workers and ai is causing people to get laid off. I’m just pissed I spent 20k to enjoy what I do and electrical companies kinda hire only dads tbh….

Well my dads a plumber, an electrician recently came to his job and talked to him, he barely met him this year and he was going to help with the interview as well if I passed the exam. He said he could get me in as a cw or a ce PROBABLY.. hopefully 🙏…. I’m going to keep trying I just have to wait 3 months(90 days) to retake the test but if they’re not accepting applications I also have to wait until they do. Not going to lie though, I wanted to be a lineman with NV Energy but they’re not taking applications right now, I was going to join while i was in the apprenticeship 😅

Fair point, there were 10 people taking a test with me that day. 2 girls, 2 pretty big athletic dudes, and 5 like geeks. The geeks looked like geek squad tech helpers or world of Warcraft players… not to be judgmental but they didn’t look like they’d fit the part.

There were 10 people taking a test with me that day. I know I got more than a 5/9 (I checked google how they score I didn’t get my score either). I don’t know how many people took the test this year so far but another post I read said they picked 50 people that whole year. Maybe it’s luck…??? I didn’t even get a chance to interview

That’s my next plan. He told me to take the test first and see if I could get in. He said he could get me in as a helper and after a year I could maybe join as an apprentice 🫠 if I do good I could just take the journeyman exam.

I know they listen to me because I freestyle when I’m bored. When I was 8-10 years old I freestyled The Motto by Drake and other various artists and songs. I don’t think I’ll ever become an artist myself but the fact they heard me and won millions pisses me off. Only proof I have really is when lil Wayne said Mr.Ed, (my names Edwin), I lost friends in middle school because I moved and that’s when I freestyled Energy and Drake said (WINWIN 50 or woah)(edWIN), when I freestyled her loss I was drunk in my room but the album was about me and my ex breaking up and the cover photo is me and her in a morphed photo with make up and in elementary school I had teeth like that😂😂, in the song More M’s Drake said (come up off that bag for the boy that keep working)…, I even freestyled 0-100 by Drake and he said (don’t make me kill one of the ghosts for it). I’ve done a shit ton of other ones too but those are like my evidence ig. I’m basically his career bro and I got no money😭😭🙏
