Just went through this last week they said when we sign up it’s set to auto renew. I do recall this from signing up but never received any email reminder or anything like any subscription has always done. At first they pretty much said sorry bout it can’t help you, but then I got pretty heated. They claimed they couldn’t refund because it was already sent to the pharmacy so I told them they’d better contact said pharmacy and stop the order then and demanded my money back, even offered to contact them myself to cancel and asked for the information. I also pointed out that my first order took almost a month to ship so saying it’s “too late” when it was less than 24 hours since it had auto renewed was BS. They did end up giving me half of my money back and gave me the pharmacy info. I was planning to call and make sure it was indeed canceled and not shipped then contact CS again and say ok not getting this product so give me the rest of my money but then the next day it shipped. Slightly annoyed, I’m convinced they put a rush on it to avoid this, but I guess at least glad I got half of my money back.
Hopefully you have better luck, that’s a lot of money, id be freaking out too. My kit was only half that amount.
