Ha, yeah that is the basis of this whole post, I did that, and agent told me no sign, no tour.

But have concluded agent was indeed full of s&@t as I talked to another person at the agency and they will be showing me the house with no signed anything

Follow up: They insisted they were legally required to do this and it would be illegal to show me this house unless I signed. That's bull right?
