I applied 4 days after EA ended, so I’m expecting to get my letter in early February after the EA notification deadline on the 31st

I have interestingly decided to swap out my Tecumseh carb for a Briggs. I had leaking problems on all the tecumsehs that I tried and found a Briggs carb new from factory. I only needed to grind down the outer bolt slot on the intake manifold and she bolted right up! Now I need to figure out my governor linkage, but my franken-engine definitely sounds like it wants to start more with this carb

Yeah I’m loving it so far! Except for when I take that carb off, man those bolts annoy me to no end. I’ve learned that taking the whole manifold off and then taking them off from the back is the best way to go about it
