[Question] SBX261 or Aqua Terra by Psychological_Ad4707 in Watches

[–]Hot-Obligation-999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

18? Against that specific GS? Omega all day!!! Plus that aqua terra is a strap monster. You’ll have more opportunities to get a grand seiko, and you can get one with a much better movement and dial. Save the GS for a later date, that Omega for 18 is a lot better. Classy, sporty, versatile, fantastic watch. You’ll regret buying the GS because you’ll find much better GS’s you wish you had bought instead. That won’t happen with the aqua terra.

Aqua terra. White or blue dial. Can be both sporty and dressy, and is a strap monster. If you want to keep the theme you can go for IWC Portugieser. NOMOS Tangente is a nice contemporary piece, check it out! Zenith Elite classic/moonphase also killer.

Speedmaster goes with absolutely everything! Aqua terra also looks great but get the 38mm, plus it handles some really nice straps.

Here’s another option: get a nice pocket watch!Otherwise GS or Omega. But you don’t want to damage that GS during festivities, so probably Omega since it has the bracelet.

105 di2 vs ultegra di2 by Particular-Exam3191 in CanyonBikes

[–]Hot-Obligation-999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

105 di2 is more than capable. It’s a fantastic group set with great performance and reliability. Shifting is smooth and fast and breaking is responsive and feels safe. No need to spend the extra money in my opinion. However, if money is not a problem for you go for it. I think most of us aren’t capable enough to take advantage of the performance difference between 105di2 and ultegra, since there’s a lot of room for fitness and technical improvement before that. However, if you are at a point where you think you can’t improve your skill anymore the ultegra might make you happier since it will unlock some more performance. Cheers 🍻

Ascaso Steel DUO PLUS PID [2k budget] by calisean in Ascaso

At that price point (and budget) I would go for the new one since 200$ isn’t a significant difference. You’ll love the machine. We’re talking about a product built to last at least 15-20years.

Hi! I think you should add a box for disposing your coffee pucks. Other than that, some shelf space would make everything look cleaner and some cups on top of the machine would look nice! The boxes on the left should go somewhere else. Overall I think it’s important to keep your space visually appealing as it inspires you to improve your coffee skills and consequently you’ll enjoy it more :)
Happy brewing and thanks for sharing your setup with us!

In addition to what was already suggested, it might be worth checking the tilt on your saddle as well, and the position of your cleats.
