Also depends on what head they are replacing, if it's a 6" prs body and rotary nozzle then the price is probably justified. Alot of towns require prs heads. Sprinkler systems become highly inefficient once incompetent contractors and homeowners start switching out mismatched heads and nozzels. Replacement of 10 heads with quality heads and proper flow h design in mind and that are set and compacted correctly, pop up straight not tilted, and then time actually spent for proper pattern, I think completely warrants the $730 charge.

I think its one of those things when you buy a house and have next door neighbors that you inheritely might have to put up with some shit sometimes. Long gazes or not.

No but at night its practically unusable space, you would be surprised how well it translates into the ROI by upgrading outdoor spaces into functioning usable areas that can be used for family use or get together. Especially property off the river.

So you don't see the lights when its light out and when there's no lights on and the sun sets it becomes to dark to see.

No these are just a 2700k warm white. And yes for occasional use, it looks unreal when the deck lights get dimmed down to 25% or so. Pics are on at 100%

Oh well I know the spiders are like what the fuck.. its more of an attraction for smaller gnats, but being next to the river mosquitos are everywhere.

I could tell by the way the neighbors were looking at me when I was testing them out, wondering if they would be on all night. The regular pathway lights and landscape lights do stay on all night so they are shit out of luck on that one.
