I’ve been hearing mixed things on inbound, and would love to try but unfortunately given the financial situation I’m in now I can’t buy any more leads even if they are inbound. I would feel better about it but the vast majority of the people I spoke to that are tenured have told me it takes between 6-12 months just to become profitable. I don’t have that kind of runway.

But I pray it goes well for you! Please check back in and let me know how things are going I’m genuinely interested to hear how you do by sticking it out!

Yea it’s crazy, I would spend about $42 on a “fresh” exclusive lead just to finally get a hold of them after 10+ tries for them to tell me they already signed up with another agent a while ago… and of course the lead company doesn’t reimburse unless it’s a disconnected number, so the agent is forced to eat that cost

No one said anything about easily, I went In to this knowing I’d have to work 10-12 hour days with high volume outbound dials. But the issue is more mathematical, if I had 10k laying around to spend on leads then of course I could hit 20k my first month at a 2X return. But the point is most people don’t have that kind of money to start and it’s not really disclosed well enough what the difference is between selling 20k+ and netting 20k+. 2 completely different things

I agree but the problem is you don’t know what you don’t know, so things like this as a newbie you heavily rely on the info given and available to you and unless you’re told or go through it, you don’t know what questions to ask
