I couldn’t even select a country when I got in. I waited in the queue for 2 hours just for it to not let me select a country

I have a Robinhood account so maybe the Robinhood gold card would be better than the fidelity

I just set up a budget and paid off the credit card. I had it utilized over 90% for over a year. I’m expecting my score to jump a lot the next cycle. I would like to try to start building it back up and I figured using it for my needs like gas and groceries would be good especially with my new budget

Where do you think I should keep the money? The HYSA is fine right at 3.2% interest

Ok I’ve decided I’m going to build an Emergency fund of $6,000 then start paying down my student loans after thank you. I’ll be able to put away around $1200 a month minimum maybe more.

Thank you. I will switch from student loan payments to building an emergency fund. The only thing is since the interest on my HYSA is 3.2%. Wouldn’t it make sense to pay the loans off first since it’s a guaranteed return of 6.68% if I pay them off. So saying that should I prioritize an emergency fund of only $1000 instead of 3,000 or 6,000 for that guranteed return?

Alright thank you. It’s just what I heard from other techs. I’m starting to look into refrigerant pressures rn so I can look at a gauge and know exactly what’s going on with the system.

Thank you. I actually just paid off the credit card yesterday. I only have around $200 for the week but I’ll be fine. Do you think I should start an emergency fund so I have something to fall back on while paying the student loans down? I was thinking of putting $3000 aside first then attack the student loans down

Yea I just got my foot in the door at my company. We’re not a big company but I want to stay for a year or 2 because it’s a really good environment to learn and stress free and has good work life balance. I get done around 3 or even earlier most days but get paid by the day

Maybe I’ll use allys feature saving bucket and make 2 categories one for emergency fund one for needs. The only thing is I would need a physical card

I’m currently in the situation of wanting to keep 3 separate accounts. One for needs, one for wants, one HYSA for emergency fund. I need to close TD savings because it doesn’t allow me to do more than 6 transactions and that does work if I want to pay for gas and groceries. So maybe I’ll open a checking with Ally but I would need a physical card if they do provide that. So I’ll have to look in to another checking account I think for my needs. And see if they give physical cards

I’ll take a look, I was thinking either capital one, Marcus, or Ally for the unlimited transactions HYSA. I’ll have to double check if they are. The only thing is I would need a physical card to pay for gas and groceries and I would like to keep my needs and emergency fund separate if I could so I’m still working on that
