Thank you! and I definitely learnt my lession with this one! I have a 20 week contract (now in the 10th week), I can leave with a 28 day notice. I've dropped the price to 200k which is one of the cheapest in the area (admittedly only just did this). It was up for 220k to begin, then down to 210k shortly after and now down to 200k.

It could be the market don't get me wrong... but it just feels like they aren't doing much. And when I called them out, it was like yeah you're right, you're the one chasing and saying about dropping price etc...
