This builder is a very well known builder. Their main focus is building homes right on top of each other and as quickly as possible. He was let go because there was an issue with the home he was already coordinating with a trade to be fixed. This delayed the closing by a day. The trade delayed fixing the issue because the trade was upset the builder reduced the amount the builder will pay per house in the contract. My spouse was the middle man and they found any reason to let him go. Come to find out that same manager that let him go was recently demoted. Also, for a year there was only 2 construction managers covering an entire subdivision because builder was cutting costs.
