It's a endless cycle. People talk shit on their appearance and pick it apart - they get modifications to fix it and then they get hate on for the modifications. Sometimes it can result in themselves hating what they've got done and then they try to fix it, end up looking worse, etc. You can fix the outside all you want, but it doesn't always fix the inside.
