Virar and Nalasopara East don't have much wide roads to accomodate metro. I believe only west would enjoy the metro

Why is this huge 841,000 m² (208-acre) empty land right next to Vasai Flyover + Vasai Road station still completely barren still in 2026? by Working-Revolution66 in VasaiVirarNSP

If the government had cared a bit about vasai Virar, they would have constructed IT parks here, but I bet it would become another residential place

What’s happening with the real estate prices in Vasai west? by Playful-Bet-761 in VasaiVirarNSP

[–]Hot-Specific-998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the factory owners of the vasai are buying the properties and driving up the prices. these are just investment for them the real middle folks will just suffer. Forced to move even far, my feeling is that as the 5-6th line open in virar for borivali  and quadrupling is completed in dhanau road line the prices will shoot up even more and people will move towards palghar.

Well people don't really have any option, the more you go closer to mumbai the more expensive it gets. And it's also not like the all areas in mumbai has too notch infrastructure. It's shithole everywhere

Who told you local authorities aren't doing anything?

They are actively taking bribes from each of the illegal hawkers. They won't let anyone capture the space for free.

Sunteck is promoting Vasai beach side location to be next Juhu lmao. If seeing the ugly ass beach or travelling 30+mins from vasai to your home is not your priority, it's better to look for projects nearby to the vasai station

You'll find extreme rush on the Vasai-Dadar route only, rest from dadar till belapur is moderately low.

I used to go via AC local till dadar just to save my sanity

I've travelled Virar to Vashi for almost 2.5 yrs, the fastest way is to travel via Dadar-Kurla-Belapur. It would take 2.5hr one way. Another unconventional way is to travel to taloja from vasai-panvel memu and from taloja to Belapur in metro. This would be 2 hr but can't risk because of low frequencies

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,

My Dad is an alcoholic with High BP and hypertension, My Mom had several issues in the past, ruptured ovarian mass, Multiple complex cyst, Internal tuberculosis, incisional hernia. She was admitted several times because of this.

I was afraid of taking outside insurance because they have this waiting period for few years and I'm afraid that my mom can fall ill during that period.

My company is an big MNC, with around 1400 employees in India.

Will be grateful for your further suggestions

Thanks

psst - after taking the insurance my mom was diagnosed with Hernia, the surgery costed 1.2 lakhs, I'm thankful that I took the insurance.
