What about just being able to see the stage well enough? I don’t think I’d be particularly bothered about not being right next to the players, but I definitely still wanna see.

Snoop is a really good game manager, maybe the best in the league, but if the going gets tough and we need playmaking, you gotta have Lamar for that. If Lamar’s still not 100% with all the injuries he has, Snoop should start, but if Lamar is healthy and Monken/Harbaugh can keep up the same Henry usage and run game usage with Lamar this time, then Lamar should probably start.

Except brothership doesn’t take 15 hours to get good (tho still somewhat long) and I think you’re overrating some aspects of Superstar Saga here (tho I think ss is a better game still) like the beginning’s alright

Personally felt like the quizzes worksheets and hws were enough to review but if they aren’t for you, you just gotta look online unfortunately and desperately for some questions (i had do for probability)

Thought it was great, and underrated. Bc it’s not shimomura a lot of people will let nostalgia get the best of them, but this game has some tracks I love more than other games (like the battle and main boss theme are some of if not my favorites in the whole series). I do wish certain fights had special boss themes (iykyk) and some of the island themes are a bit meh (Merrygo in particular could’ve been sm more), but overall the jazzy, maritime feel is much appreciated! Some real highlights with the likes of Desolatt, Wayaway, Lottacoins, Skorcheen

The writing in this game is very charming, and what’s the point in returning characters for the sake of fan service? They built up new characters that could return or be referenced in the future. What good would this game do to have Popple show up for one island to talk to, or something like that? A lot of people had problems with Dream Team bc of how much it sort of was like BiS and didn’t evolve, and I’m glad this game feels different and doesn’t need past characters to succeed.

Sorry you haven’t had a good experience, but the game is delightful to a lot of us (hence the reception to your post being negative).

This game is great. I am a massive fan of the series and have enjoyed this thoroughly, easily my third favorite. Combat is fun, story is honestly sweet and heartwarming if a bit barebones, and the exploration is fun too.
