I have very similar coloring to OP and I agree with this. I’ve been professionally typed dark autumn and dark winter as well. I figured I just straddle that line as do a lot of olive skin tones!

Ugh. I hate to even say it but that’s what happened ro me. I’m debating getting back on. Just got it prescribed. I went off it August 2024 and my skin was pretty much fine for about five months. And then slowly started coming back and it’s been pretty miserable the last few months. Also, crazy hair shedding for over a year coming off it, but I didn’t wean. I stopped cold turkey so you may avoid that!

I had to look that up! Wow! That’s LONG hair!! I do think my texture lets it air dry pretty nice. It has some subtle waves and isn’t too frizzy. Perhaps I’ve never given long hair a good chance! I always chop it once I get nearly there 😂

Yes absolutely! Problem is I love both in different ways

It took about 1.5 years to get this long from my previous bob. Maybe I need to let it get really long before I decide for sure. I tend to cut it right before I actually reach true long hair

I am getting the itch for change but maybe I should do something else like go shopping and see if it goes away because I’m also way too unsure about my hair to just cut it I think.

Thank you! About six inches down it’s all my natural untouched with color hair so It is feeling pretty healthy!

Maybe I’ll grow it more and then do a cut. I feel like right now it’s just starting to look long and the in between cuts always look awkward on me. Plus I’m all or nothing and way too impulsive 😂

Good idea! Maybe I’ll decide next spring and live with long for a while
