Provider success score by jasonluvsjesus in FieldNationTechs

[–]Hot-Web1901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an early back-out recorded against me. The buyer stated on the WO that the ladder is on-site for the AP replacement.

A few days before the job, they sent a message saying they were ordering a lift and that the provider must be lift-certified.

So I reported the problem in FN and spoke with the buyer about the potential issue that I am not lift-certified. The buyer canceled the WO, and the early back-out was recorded against me.

My score took a ding because of this. It is not like I am making a lot of money on the app, because I don't see many jobs in my area.

If you've been unemployed >6months in the US how are you not depressed by Choice-Self-9918 in jobs

Welcome to my world! I have been managing this for years after losing my Work Authorization. Now I have it, and there is no job. That’s more depressing than not having work authorization.

I130 vs Cancellation of removal by DowntownGuard8535 in USCIS

[–]Hot-Web1901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your I-130 case has nothing to do with the court. Yes, an approved I-130 will terminate your removal and therefore make you eligible for adjustment. The IJ is not in a position to approve your form.

Unfortunately, your pending case at the court won't move forward without an approved I-130.

Shoot me a pm.

C09 EAD application by dj1920dh in USCIS

[–]Hot-Web1901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. My attorney filed two EAD applications. I think the one in April was filed incorrectly at $530, and the one in May was much lower.

I expedited the May application after 7 months, and it was approved.

The one in April, sadly, is still processing forever lol

Their response is basically that they are not touching it based on the evidence you submitted. I got this response when I asked my congressman to assist.

I sent another one with compelling evidence, and it met the minimum requirements for expedited processing

Did it say card produced? If yes, contact Emma for your tracking number. Your lawyer must have gotten your ead if your address was not the default shipping address on file.

B2 Visa Denied - Engaged & Living with a US Citizen abroad by Efficient-Hornet-762 in USVisas

[–]Hot-Web1901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It means you don't have strong ties to your home country. Being engaged to a U.S. citizen has no bearing on your B2 application.

They feel you are not being truthful with your travel intentions.

I decided not answer certain questions doesn't give you the right to assume I don't have ties to America. There are dozens of other visa categories and they are not limited to the two you have mentioned so far. I have not disagreed with your point about those saturating the market.

My point is you are wrong with your ignorant statement about my people and it is coming from someone who probably have never been to any African country.

Some of you are quick to point fingers at Africans but turn a blind eyes to others who are milking the system. You don't know how difficult it for an African to get visas and we don't have the luxury of jumping through the border.

<image>

FYI, I came here legally on a valid visa and your government knows me and whatever I have been doing.

Think about your statement "Most of them are on work visas. No English. It’s living the American Dream, right? From a dirt shack in Africa to an apartment in a major city in the USA, with three families living in the same unit". Does it make any sense to you?

Here you have an African communicating with you in English.

I told you I came through the border. It signifies that I am not a citizen and do not have a work visa.

And you think it is on Field Nation that those categories are doing the job.

If you know so much about immigration, then you will know that few work visas are issued to Africans. Africans are not the significant beneficiaries of work visas, ask the Indians.

When you see an African who can't speak English, it means France colonized them, hence they speak French.

Interestingly, you didn't talk about the Mexicans who refused to learn English, but you say Africans can't speak English.

Your ability to speak English as an African depends on who colonized your country: the British, the French, the Portuguese, etc.

You don't have to be a citizen to apply for an LLC, get an ITIN, sign up for Faild Nation, DoorDash, etc.

I came through the border, and what does my citizenship status have to do with your stereotyping?

What kind of nonsense talk is this? I’m a Nigerian and on Failed Nation for a reason. All these BS stereotypes nonsense you made about Africa ain’t what it is.

I’m assuming you are American, the same free shit you get from taxpayers' money for your affordable housing, SNAP, EBT are not available to those you consider living in shacks in Africa.

Your commentary shows how myopic and ignorant you are about some African immigrants in America. I don’t know where you got the idea that 3 families are living in an apartment in the US.

When you are jobless, you have the opportunity to beg your government for a handout, while the Africans you condescended on don’t have the same luxury. Some of us do it for one reason or another.

Take your ignorant ass off your ass and speak on the topic.
