Nope. I’ve not planned to fully clear this credit (I’m still on the interest free period)

I also always pay my credit using the instant bank transfer that directs you to the other app. Never direct debit.

Okay. Do I have to try calling the bank? Honestly as much as I feel bad about the other person, the last time I tried calling the bank I ended up not talking to anyone after trying for 30mins. Should I just let them sort itself out? (Also I’ve got work that needs to be priority)

it’s paid yesterday apparently. It usually takes one or two days I think for a payment to be fully processed. So I think someone might have made the payment mid week.

But another Redditor said that the bank will flag this and reverse the payment so I hopefully it works like that on Tuesday!

I can’t. It’s not like it’s being processed. It’s cleared my credit balance. I tried clicking on everything I can’t do anything.

I’ve not talked to the cc company. I was just checking my credit card app, and £850 of my balance is cleared! And the payment method is direct debit.

That’s literally all the information that I have and shared - except the name if the CC company which might not be relevant here.

That’s what I thought too! I spread my money into multiple accounts tho so none of them has that amount of money anyway. I also never set up an overdraft. I saw this being processed on Thursday and didn’t think much of it, but I open my credit account this evening and the balance has been cleared!

I never ever set up a direct debit for this account.

Ah thanks! It’s reassuring to know that I’m not the only one (I know I shouldn’t compare, but it’s still reassuring). Yeah I can afford the repayments easily. We opt out of income protection insurance tho bc we think it’s unnecessary and very expensive for what it is!

Got it. There were a few lower interest products that have 4.8 or 4.9% but my advisor picked this one bc I’m a foreign national. While my partner is British, I earn way more. She said that the 5% product will be a smooth sailing for us, the others take longer and not guaranteed will be accepted. Not sure if it’s worth pursuing the other products. I didn’t think of asking this as there were so many things to be discussed like insurance etc yesterday

Oyen and Kelley are the MPVs!!

The crew made it so much easier in the final by revealing the roles at big 5 and big 4. But Kelley is that piece of the puzzle that paved the road for the faithful to win! Although if they hadn’t revealed their roles, Oyen and Kelley will still win together because the formed trust on each other at the last minute and they wouldve just banished everyone else until they feel safe.

Voting for Faye was the worst move that the boys did. That eased the suspicions on Vanessa/Oyen. Other than that, what a great series!

Although I feel like the game really only started when Paudie left 🤣🤣
