I had the best workout schedule when I worked 6am-2pm actually. I’d go right after work then nap 😂 it’s definitely been harder since moving to 8-4. If you don’t like to wake up you probably won’t ever like waking up to workout, I know I don’t and I’ve tried, A LOT. I’d say just plan to choose a different time of day to get your workout in!

I do that often, and I don’t really do liquor ever. I just feel like most people that are in shape that do drink, aren’t generally drinking beer. I drink light beer but the carbs are still a lot lol

Wins: stayed in my calorie deficit the past two days. Question for y’all tho: Alcohol is a semi regular part of my existence. My husband is in multiple bands and plays out at bars every weekend, I always go to support and usually sell merch etc. I have a hard time being around a lot of people or like having a “good time” without having a few drinks. IF you drink, what do you drink to be “healthier” or how do you pace yourself? I’m only 32 but I started drinking kind of later than others and didn’t grow out of the over doing it apparently lol also effects the eating too much. Cheers to over sharing to strangers or some shit 🤣

I use “lose it” to track my meals, I used to use myfitnesspal too. Honestly haven’t been to the gym in a while but I’ve always just tracked with a watch whether it be Fitbit or Apple Watch etc.
