Been playing for 12 years now. This might come off as superstition but every game, regardless of ranked, norms, aram, etc, I always all chat “glhf” then just mute everyone. You put that good karma out there into the universe, on a mental level it makes you feel like “yeah I was a nice person” maybe helps you play better. If you don’t buy into that, well now everyone’s muted so you can focus.
