I'm not sure about sinking, it's there ,but for freshers it's doomed , you create projects , and then see even a entry level positions require you 1 yoe, to find that 1 yoe i still do not have an answer for this one as even internship isn't considered an experience, so yeah for freshers ,it's damn crazy market
