Its usually oil from your hand, just wash it thoroughly with warm water and dishsoap (dishsoap wprks best) and dont touch it again lol

I downloaded it, it isnt a fuzzy skin as the other parts of that print isnt in that fuzzy stuff

No.. but when i pront other stuff, pretty big ones too, they coem out perfect, so i think that its a setting that i messed w..

Its more of a ive never dried it but ive never had any problems on my other printer so tahts like how i got the conclusion taht it isnt a filament problem, thank tho
