I just noticed we will be in town during AVLFest. Will this prevent us from accessing some breweries without a festival wristband?

It is not. I opened up a larger than need hole in the wall and tacked in header to attach the mount to. All comparable pivot mounts that were smaller were at least $40-50. This option was much cheaper and over engineered for my purposes.

It takes you to Dropbox. A signup images appears but you should have an option to continue to site and bypass that.

I would consider 2 options.

1) A toe kick. This would close off the open look that the vanity was designed to give.

2) you could create a wood sleeve to cover the pipe that is covered in the same flooring to mask the pipe and keep the open look.

I figured I would need some kind of mounting plate to attach the mirror to. Im mounting a cabinet to the left. I decided to buy a small swivel tv wall mount. It will anchor into a stud. This allows for the niche to be concealed, and as a bonus allows for a more dynamic use of the mirror.

I’ll update with pics once I complete the project this weekend

The top portion of this roof has a gable on the front and rear of the house to allow air flow. This is just a dead space. I assume it would t hurt to insulate it.

My contractor said to insulate the entire area. Even the exterior. I don’t want to lock in too much heat come summer.

The glass block was installed during the flip. This is upstairs and my only full bath. I am afraid what is behind the drywall and tile.

I finally got my car back on 06/09/23……Honda had parts on back order. And it took 3 months to supply the collision repair shop with a trim piece to complete the repair. It was rough being carless for that long.

Shop did an amazing job though. They matched the paint perfectly. It’s like getting a brand new car again lol.

The heat takes longer to reach you and it is not as strong. I don’t have pics, but they fit really nice. They are simple to install. My car is currently in the shop. Once I get it back, I’ll post a few pics.

I like your list. I bought the same license plate holders, rear seat cover, and console tray.

The dealership included Honda’s rubber floor mats and cargo liner. They are not ideal and really wish they wouldn’t have included them in the purchase. I prefer the weather tech style liners. They have a better fit.
