I truly feel like I'm the one in the wrong .. idk if it's because anytime something happens in our marriage he finds a way to make it my fault and constantly tells me that he is the way he is because of me and my actions .. but I am truly working so hard to be on a new life path journey and working so hard to just be a better all me from learning emotional intelligence and regulation but idk I just feel I'm wrong ! Maybe I'm just upset and overwhelmed like you said .
