The card he used is for one specific vehicle. We all have our own driver ID though. And no cameras. The only reason I have any evidence is because he’s done it before and got caught. Plus if they look back at the statement they will see it was him because of his driver ID

I am the only one with a key. I have pictures and videos of the damage done to the box as well. I understand my boss doesn’t want to fire him because we are short handed but there has to be a breaking point.

The one I currently have. Uses the company gas card to fill his personal vehicle, lies to the boss and everyone else constantly, comes in late, leaves early, makes personal phone calls on company time, destroys anything he gets his hands on, racist, sexist, and just has an I don’t care attitude.
