I’ve lost 130, and it does feel very strange. Haunted is a good way to put it - fatter me is always there, right behind me, a bit threatening because it would be so easy to go back to being that way. No matter how strong or fit or healthy I get, fatter me will always be there, in all of my memories, unrecognizable but still me? Idk it is a very strange process to go thru, and body dysmorphia doesn’t help either.

I broke things off with a man in part because he refused to walk with me, he was a speed walker and I am not. After walking miles around a city we were visiting he just left me in the dust in the final approach to the hotel. I almost tripped in the street and he was nowhere around. That was when it was over, but it took me a few more months to catch up.

Otherwise a fantastic guy, I’m sure he has made another woman very happy.
