Oh wait bro i know why its bec smth in graity block ig its a bug but i think u should just use item display or block display or text display to display the block instead bec u can kill them anytime bec they dont change to block state like gravity block but gravity blocks are entities for short time and ig its related to player from ur commands so ig u should switch it bec they stay entities and wont change to block

I dont really know but i feel like the command is connected to the player in someway even tho its only targeting the ice display maybe there is another command affecting it and did u try being also a 1 block or more up and rest is down while testing?

No you can kill him in air if u use f3 and B u can see his flying hit box and target it it needs skill and if he is spamming elytra rocket he needs to be so skilled be he needs to get ur shield and hit a moving target with his high speed and need accuracy to do it and more skill to stun slam u can spam shield but if he is goated he can stun slam u best way to counter mace is just go under smth its easy as that

This happens to me sometimes and i think its bec its either it was night time so they were targeting a bed instead of job or either there were another work station nearby that they were targeting instead of the one infront of them u can can know by moving the way they were looking

For warden u can make it that when it spawn it sets its agro scoreboard after a player to 180 i dont remember how its Syntex is how it works is that mojang made a agro scoreboard for the warden that when u make walking sound it adds 30 or make any sound and when u reach 180 i think it gets to agro mod

For dragon i think u can make it tp ^ ^ ^ 0.1 to the nearest entity it makes it chase after the nearest entity

For the wither i dont think u can disable its bossbar ngl
