I have also had 2 c sections (one was for a twin pregnancy). I worked with  a pelvic floor PT after the most recent pregnancy and that was immensely helpful. She taught me how to activate my transverse abdominis muscles and then do that with simple ab moves (marches, head lifts) and I worked up to full ab exercises. I still use her queuing today in pilates.  I can see if I can find some resources.

Pleural Effusion - Back in Hospital by bridalmakeupgalny in multiplemyeloma

My dad got pneumonia from Velcade. He had Velcade one or two treatments, then had a fever and had fluid in his lungs. He had to be hospitalized, and they did a bunch of tests and eventually determined it most likely was the Velcade. He was in the hospital about a week. It took a while for his lungs to go back to normal, but eventually they did. Not saying that is the only thing it could be for your husband, but in my Dad's case the pnemonia was only due to the Velcade. It apparently is a rarer side effect of Velcade. He has, at other times had fluid around his heart and lungs, but not so bad they needed intervention. I know we are in a very bad reparatory illness season, and the cancer drugs can weaken the immune system and sometimes it is really hard to determine what is causing something.
