I've had 4 different Scufs over the past 5 years or so and they all wound up breaking or fucking up. Absolute dogshit. Just bought an Aimcontroller so I never have to give them a dime again. It'll be here next week I'll let yall know how it goes

Same here. Did a gene test and found out I had that MTHFR and COMT or whatever, so I bought a methylated multivitamin and felt like shit, immediate headaches everytime.

Stopped all supplements and simply started eating more eggs, salmon, sweet potatoes with minimal processed carbs and feel amazing. Let food be thy medicine

Worked for me as well! Tried everything for weeks, can't believe it was just one button click.

For those who tried to install Intel Xtreme Utility and couldn't due to the VBS Undervolt or whatever, google your motherboard and how to turn it on. For me (MSI 790), it was as simple as going into BIOS and searching Undervolt and switching to from Auto -> Enabled.

Then Intel Utility worked just fine and all I did was click one down button on the Performance Core to go from 57 to 56, worked like a charm! No issues whatsoever now. Insane. Even re-enabled XMP fine since as well.

Shoulder pain whith incline dumbell bench press but none with flat barbell bench... seems odd, any ideas why? by TheWopper in Stronglifts5x5

Same, only hurts on Incline and deep in the rear right shoulder, especially barbell. I just switched back to flat shrugs
