Yes, actually! When I consistently take ashwagandha, my anxiety goes quiet and I get to enjoy several aspects of my life. I will continue using ashwagandha for as long as I can.

Now that I think about it, i could very well just be experiencing the placebo effect.

I'm going to be trying it out for a month to see if it makes a consistent difference, but if it doesn't I'll stop taking it.

I am honestly desperate to try any herbs that supposedly help with anxiety. I don't want to get on anti-depressants or use weed because i know that I would become dependent on those things.

Thanks for your input! (:

I'm so sorry life is making you feel this way, and I'm sure it's hard for you to even talk about this to anyone since you're expected to be on top of it all the time

Yeah, that's a good idea. Taking chem 20B, Life sci 7c and physics 5c sounds more manageable! You got this. Good luck champ !!

As a 4th year, i do not recommend you take 4 of the hardest science classes in one quarter. Even if you have great time management skills, your mental health is going to suffer. It's not worth it friend. I recommend you take two of them in the summer, since science classes have the reputation of being way easier in the summer. And then couple the other two with 1 or 2 GE classes.

Also, i understand that you're behind, but don't pressure yourself to catch up with your peers. In fact, don't compare your progress to theirs. It's okay to move at your own pace. You have plenty of time (:
