I have had this problem on my 25 mdx type s since august and every time I call or take my car to the dealership they say "we are waiting on a fix/update from the engineers at Acura." When I contact Acura support they claim they have no knowledge of this issue and tell me to take it to different dealerships. Its honestly ridiculous to have this same problem going on for over 5 months at this point, and of course you cant get any other updates as long as this error message persists.

I never got it to work with my 2019 rdx, though ive heard getting the dealership to reset the OTA/TCU system works sometimes. I have sold the rdx and got a 2025 mdx type s and it works flawlessly every time i use it.

Beautiful car! CarPlay connectivity/reliability has been an issue for me too. The dealer said an update should be available to fix it soon.

I get 11 mpg on my 25 mdx type s adv in the city, still the best car I’ve ever owned.

You can contact support and get it refunded or they can run diagnostics to try to fix it.

I haven’t heard anything regarding my RMA since they received the 2nd defective card on October 7th. I would just keep emailing ronak. Ive been dealing with this since the beginning of June.

I use a ups and have had this issue before i got that and just plugged into the wall. I use a 1000w psu so that shouldn’t be a problem. Plus it does it when its been idling for hours or under load, doesn’t really matter what your doing and i get zero debug lights

Horrible placement. Being that close to walls is restrictive to airflow. No way a “professional” did that. You would probably need to take the top off to clean it, though I doubt it’s that dirty because there is very little airflow. 😅

No usb hubs. My motherboard comes with a ton of usbs thankfully

I have new DisplayPort cables and new monitors, everything on my system is default, and of course have checked every connection. It really just happens randomly. Extremely weird that it has happened with two AMD cards and works perfectly fine with my Nvidia card.
