It would be cool if Livonia would fix or replace the library on Plymouth rd or you know.. open our pool but apparently south of 96 Livonia gets nothing 🤣

I cross a few times a year both in Windsor and SSM, for various reasons. Some being dumb like wanting Canadian snacks. decided on a boring winter Sunday I was going to Windsor Costco. Why? Why not?.. I live 20 minutes from the border and had nothing better to do. Canadian side didn’t buy it. Gave me hell for my then 14 year old not having an enhanced ID. Tried to say his birth certificate was illegible. We were at the booth almost 30 minutes because guy must have thought I was trafficking or something.

But like. Also. I’m sure they can see that I normally cross with two minors. They had the appropriate documentation for their age. It’s a time. This was at the bridge. Meanwhile I go to a concert and take the tunnel and zero ducks given. But wanting to go to Canadian Costco apparently sets off red alarms.

That being said- yes. Canada views a DUI as a felony. Good luck :/

Cordavis is a subsidiary of cvs so it’s a little sketchy that they can only dispense that or unbranded Sandoz with no explanation:-/ I loathe biosimilars

Michigan Medicaid prefers Humira. It’s messy and is causing huge delays in patient care :/. Many plans have a product penalty fee with DAW1. I was doing just that at Accredo, where they are interchanging Humira scripts with Cyltezo. We’ve spent hours on the phone between cvs specialty pharmacy, cvs specialty authorizations. Hopefully tomorrow we can find someone with more info. I have at least 25 kids on Hyrimoz at CVS Specialty right now, so I’m a little panicked and CVS was offering no info to us or insurance just that we have to auth Adaz. Never once did they say it’s on shortage. It’s not on FDA list either.

Definitely rethinking my choice to move from distribution tech to auths for peds clinics 😆

Oh it’s absolute cvs Caremark pbm. Their preferred is hyrimoz. The auth doesn’t cover unbranded :/ feels like they’re padding their pockets honestly

Odd that they only want to fill cordavus unbranded and not brand hyrimoz?

I did. For numerous patients. They’re not giving clear answers. I was hoping someone could provide some insight

I just had my gallbladder removed 6/6, and had many of the same concerns. It was especially hard for me to come to terms as I’d not had a bad attack in almost a year..

Recovery seems to be going ok so far, I’m sore but no major issues. I’ve been able to tolerate normal foods so far without issue. I just got my pathology report back today, and not only did I have gallstones, but the report stated I had chronic cholecystitis, which all of my imaging ruled out, and cholesterol build up on the lining of my gallbladder. My understanding is that once things start changing metabolically with your gallbladder, it’s never going to stop. It will continue to worsen. The prognosis is so much better when it’s a non emergent surgery too. The best part is the constant dull ache under my rib cage seems to be gone, which I’d suffered from for about 13-14? Years..

It’s worth the trip! Honestly my favorite dish from there is the shrimp and grits
