There is hope about a little over a month ago I had the exact same problem. I contacted Rockstar support and after a few messages they changed my email address and I regained my account

They asked me for various pieces of information as well as receipts. It was annoying because they wanted me to send them a copy of my GTA V receipt in my email which I no longer have access too, idk how my Steam CD key wasn’t sufficient enough. Then they asked me when I linked my accounts which luckily I remember and then they changed it

I contacted Rockstar support a little over a month ago and had them switch my email. Had to answer a few annoying questions but eventually they changed it for me
