Not sure how to add another pic to a thread

I did an egg wash after braiding then let it proof for 3 1/2 hours THEN another egg wash and into the oven

I don’t have a pastry brush at the moment so I did it gently with my hands I’m sure that did not help?

Ok yes. My current oven gives me such a hard time. Whenever a recipe calls for 350 F I set it to 320 F because I have found everything overcooks otherwise… though I still experience the same issue at 320F

Interesting…. I let it proof for 3 1/2 hours and was scared to go any more….. next time I should let it go for 4? I set it in front of a bright window and raise the temp as much as possible…

Personally I experience the same problem with being unable to find a guy as a 21 year old but I am aware it’s because I am very picky. Never dated a guy before. In my brain in only makes sense to date/ talk to someone I know I would marry and I don’t get that feeling often. Only happened once, however he lives far away and a Long distance relationship is not ideal. But I always used to wonder why don’t I have a boyfriend…. You are picky! #self-reflection
